You retain full ownership of any content you upload, submit, or create using our services. By submitting content, you grant Sifr Mind a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will not use it for purposes unrelated to your use of our platform.

All intellectual property rights in our software, design, brand, logo, content, and technology remain the exclusive property of Sifr Mind. This includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our explicit written consent.

Our services may include AI-generated content and suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before relying on them. AI responses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for advice in these areas.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to our services, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Our services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance.

Some of our services may be offered on a subscription basis. Payment terms, including billing cycles, renewal policies, and cancellation procedures, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and in your account settings. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details on our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions regarding ownership, liability, and governing law will survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sifr Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
